I like the ease of use- it's really simple to create a campaign as well as send out emails to clients. I would honestly say that the platform is not too user friendly. It can be difficult to see what you are doing if you aren't looking at it while creating a campaign. The support team is very helpful- they respond quickly. They do help us customize our campaigns so we have more control over them. We have been able to grow our business by sending more targeted emails. I like that we can see our results at any time during the year. We are able to track conversions throughout the entire calendar year. It's easy to set up! There is nothing really bad about it other than maybe having too many options in some of the menus. This software has helped us save so much money by being able to target specific audiences and have them download an offer. The data allows us to know exactly which leads will be converting into sales.
