Our dog has never worn clothes before, but I wanted to give this one a try. I ordered the XL since I was worried by all the photos having smaller dogs. My dog is about 40 lbs, medium size. He didn't initially like having it put on, but he adjusted quickly to the hoodie. I think it's a tad big on him, so maybe next time I will get the L, but he's so cute in it!It's very soft, especially the hood. The pocket portion on the back is absolutely adorable, as well. I like that it has a hole in the back for when he is wearing his harness. Overall, it feels pretty well constructed and our dog is now winter ready! Highly recommend
