I am 5'4 I weigh 150. I got the large and it fits perfect. There's actually extra room even. They're kind of long on the bottom but that's how I like my pants anyway and if I wore shoes they would be all right. These are just like PINKs old yoga pants that I adore, I'm a medium in those but I got these because the yoga pants pink currently sells suck, they changed something and now they attract all the pet hair and pill between the legs and don't make me look as good (kinda pj ish , not slim)
