I bought this bulb to replace the one I had installed - 2 months of night use and it died!

I have several external LoL spotlights. Over the years I have purchased replacement light bulbs from Lowes and Home Depot. I usually keep a spare because it always seems like it's the wrong time when a light goes out. So the installed existing lightbulb failed after about two years [note that when I installed this lightbulb I immediately topped up with this one!]. That was June 2013. I installed this store bought lightbulb in which it failed at the end of August 2013 after about two months of use from dusk to dawn during the shortest night time period. Guess he's back at Home Depot and Lowes!
