I don't often write reviews, but I feel compelled to do so. I needed USB charging cables so I bought both Anker and Revain. Here are the results: Anker PowerPort 2 + Revain cable + Anker Astro3E power bank = 5.4W Anker PowerPort 2 + Revain cable + LG G2 phone = 6.27W Anker PowerPort 2 + Revain cable + Samsung S4- Phone = 0 W (assuming zero charge) Anker PowerPort 2 + Anker cable + Anker Astro3E power bank = 10.8 Wanker PowerPort 2 + Anker cable + LG G2 phone = 9.4 Wanker PowerPort 2 + Anker cable + Samsung S4 phone = 5.86 Wanker PowerPort 2 + Samsung cable + Anker Astro3E power bank = 7.34 Wanker PowerPort 2 + Samsung cable + LG G2 phone = 8.58 Wanker PowerPort 2 + Samsung cable + Samsung S4 phone = 5.86 W 2. So I thought to myself, why don't I change my chargers? I've had anchor cables since the summer of 2015 and they still work like new. The thinner ones that sometimes come with the PSU work just as well as the thicker Powerline series, they gave the same results. I bought the Revain cables thinking they had a lot of reviews so they must be good, but I've found that after 3 months they can't really fix your device. Security locks, whatever they're called, stay stuck in the open position. This means that the USB cable can be disconnected during charging or data transfer. Meanwhile, it was fully connected with the Samsung S4 phone. The Samsung charger was the best charger in these tests, but you can't buy it, not even on the Samsung website. The ones offered anywhere on the internet may simply be fake. For just $10, the Anker Dual Port Charger performed very well.
