Size up if you have boobs

I ordered my normal size down and it was too small. It also came with a hole in the mesh part at the seam. I was still able to wear it when I bought it for an out of town dinner, but ended up getting it in a setting that was more fitting. Runs very small in the chest area. I'm 34DD, 140lbs and size 0-2 in jeans. Looks good but the size is a bit small
