Review on Daddy Chef Grain Cutting Board by Mark Deuschle

Bought this cutting board because of the size, handles and non-slip feet. It was great right away and I felt quite complacent about my excellent choice. However, once I washed off the smooth, shiny wax, it was a mess. The wood felt very rough and contained fibers from my kitchen towel or paper towel. I oiled it like crazy because I wanted to love it again and the board practically ate the wood oil. I ended up getting rid of this board and sending it back. I've since discovered that oak isn't a great wood for cutting boards anyway.
