I give this product 4.5 stars, very close to 5. I am writing this review after using this mug daily for a month.1. A beautiful ship. I get compliments all the time and really think it's 10/10 on looks alone. The wide opening makes it easy to pour and drink drinks. Love it! 2. I bought a larger size. Great for ice drinks and holds plenty of liquid.3. Holds the temperature well. I filled it up with hot tea and tea at 8am. Hit the slopes and the tea is still hot when I come back to drink it at 4pm. After all, it tastes like your last drink. I wash after every wash but the taste lingers. It doesn't bother me.5. Package. When I received the bottle it was in my sleeve but with no protection. Since there was no bubble wrap, my cup had a small dent on the bottom. I wasn't overly concerned, but others might be. It would be worth adding some indentation. Update: I had to contact customer service about the issue. Your team is very quick and responsive! Really helpful. I have already recommended this mug to my friends and will continue to do so!
