My son uses it for distance learning with his iPad. It worked great. It was very durable and held the iPad well. A little over a month later, the piece broke while he was adjusting it. The piece of plastic holding the iPad has broken off. Although the piece of plastic broke I can put it back together but now the springs are not attached so the parts holding the iPad up offer no resistance to hold it in place. The grip on this thing was great and very solid, but the part holding the iPad, which we never took off, broke due to a 6 year old misaligning the angle. I expected it to take much longer than a month. Follow up: I contacted the company and they refunded the full amount. Impressed with the customer service. The neck of the product was very strong so it worked great before it broke. You can buy another one and see if the last one was random.
