I am a very picky photographer and I did not have GPS on my Nikon D850 DSLR. Not necessary, but a very nice extra feature to remind you of the location of your recording. He didn't list my camera as a candidate, but I asked others and they told me it would work. Well it arrived this afternoon, I put it on the camera, turned it on, waited about 40 seconds for a solid green light, took a picture and lo and behold the GPS data was written to the camera's metadata. When I imported the image into Photos (Mac), the exact location appeared on the info card. The data also appears in the metadata in Lightroom. Thanks for a great product at a great price.
