I got this to put in my SUV after I had surgery on my left shoulder. It made a big difference in my ability to turn while driving and, especially, getting into and backing out of parking spaces. It made driving MUCH easier while my shoulder was healing. My only complaint was that no matter how much I tightened the bolt on the clamp, the knob would loosen and slide around on the steering wheel. Not a lot, but enough to be annoying. I was constantly trying to tighten the bolt that holds the clamp onto the steering wheel. The knob includes a small rubberized mat that you put on your steering wheel, and that is what you clamp the knob over. Apparently this mat was not enough to keep the knob from sliding. I had fallen in love with this thing, and wanted to keep it on my steering wheel. SO - I had an idea.I took the knob/clamp off, wrapped some duct tape around the steering wheel, where I wanted the knob. Then I put the rubberized mat over the duct tape and reclamped the knob back on. Works like a charm! It doesn't slide at all, now. I
