Not what I ordered in cleaning products

I ordered Scotch-Brite non-scratch replacement dish filler. I received a Scotch-Brite Non-Scratch Dishwand Refill with holes (see attached image). This does not match the product description on this page. This is touted as a great thing for getting more lather, but it's just a dump that wastes more soap and forces me to buy a lot more soap. I ordered this extra because I saw this version with holes and didn't want it.
