I ordered a Crosley Record turntable for my friend a year ago but bought it through Nordstrom. It was a HIT and played great. I saw it at half price at Revain and thought I could use it at home too. I opened it up the same day I got it and started playing a brand new Al Green classic on it and it sounded great except for one song that wasn't so good. I switched records and hooked up to Sade. The audio dropped so low it seemed like someone was speaking on the speakerphone. At first I thought it was a record even though it was brand new so I switched back to Al Green and it was playing very quietly now too. I switched to Bluetooth to try to troubleshoot and see if the speaker was off, but the Bluetooth volume bounced back to normal. I went back and settled in, tried to see if I could pinpoint the problem, and from time to time the volume would turn up again, but then it sounded odd. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this product to anyone as I now have a player that only plays bluetooth!
