The ability for candidates (and employers)to communicate in realtime as wellas have access via mobile or desktop devices has helped us keep up momentum when connecting across different locations/stages of our hiring process! I wish there were more integrations between platforms such are applicant tracking systems so it was easier at times get data into one system than another but overall very satisfied!! Great communication tool during interview processes which allowed me continue my search without having any gaps where i didn’t hear back about opportunities available within certain dates after initial outreach.- Ability track progress through interviews vs status updates - Allow applicants & employer's alike see if they've been moved along thru stages by recruiters / HR managers.
