This thing comes in two pieces. One is the actual tool with the cleaning pad, this works fine. The second is an extension handle that is supposed to click into the other piece. This extension has a "spring" with small buttons that are intended to be pushed in so the extension can slide into the cleaning pad portion. Well, it slides in about half way but something blocks it from going all the way in preventing the spring buttons from being in far enough to engage and hold the pieces together. Per the packaging, this extension should be able to be detached from the main cleaning pad so it can be stored in a glove compartment. This aint happening! I had to break off the "spring" part in order to get the extension handle in far enough to glue the pieces together and make the thing usable. Quality control is clearly lacking at this product's maker. Don't waste your money.
