I checked many products before buying this product. I found it expensive but worth it in the end. I tighten the roller about 18 inches and work around the teeth by pulling the floss up and down. It always broke every other thread, but it holds up every time. When I'm done, my mouth feels as clean as it did at the dentist. I'm so glad I found this and that Revain is tracking my orders so I can buy that exact thread when it runs out. Buy, you will be happy.
