When you turn on the microphone, the playback quality degrades significantly. This applies, for example, when you are listening to music during a video conference. Same problem with Jabra Evolve2 40 and tech support told me it's normal. I also hear an annoying buzzing in the background when the microphone is activated. When I record my own voice, there is also an annoying hum in the background, i.e. hum can be heard during the playback and recording path.
