Review on 💅 Melodysusie UV LED Nail Lamp: Professional 54W Gel Nail Polish Dryer with 3 Timers, Auto Sensor, LCD Display, Detachable Tray by Denise Ward

I love this nail lamp! My friend has a UV lamp model from MelodySusie and I was wanting to buy the exact same lamp but Amazon offered it as a newer version and after a bit of research I found out that LED nail lamps are basically superseded by traditional UV lamps. LED lamps dry faster than traditional UV lamps and LED lamps never need to be replaced, unlike UV lamps which degrade over time and need to be replaced depending on the number of hours of use. In addition, almost all gel polishes are compatible with both UV and LED light. With this information I decided on this model. I love it! The motion detection on/off feature is amazing! It's a nice little feature that adds comfort and luxury. I also like the countdown display. I feel like it helps pass the time by knowing how much you have left, although I wish it read towards the person using the lamp and not towards the numbers who point in the opposite direction. Be that as it may, the timer display shows the numbers upside down if you have your own nails in the lamp. Overall I am very happy with this product and very glad I chose this model over another model that my friend owns and that I borrowed. It is also more compact and much lighter in weight. I am also very happy that there is a 20% discount on a set of gel polishes when you buy a lamp. I was obsessed with their Sweet Reverie collection. . My friend and I were almost done with a few colors from the set, so I saved money on refills. The colors are great and the polish is holding up so well.** Important to note: LED bulbs still emit UV which means you need to be careful with frequent exposure. Sunscreen or special gloves are still recommended.
