I like that it's easy to use for both marketers AND data scientists, which is an important part of success in any organization today. There can be some confusion when you're first using this product because there are so may features/tools available at once. You really have to learn how to navigate through all these options and decide what is best for your business needs! The reporting capabilities are excellent in terms of being able to see where the value lies in each prospect or customer (which fields contain the most useful info). Very helpful for our marketing team - they had previously been spending too much time manually scraping emails from lists rather than working smarter by leveraging their existing email databases. The best part is that it's free for small businesses! It helps in building customer relationships by collecting data from multiple sources like social media, email etc. I have not noticed any downsides yet but would love to hear more about their plans of expanding this service to other countries as well. We are currently using lead enrich for our client database management system which has helped us increase revenue and improve conversion rates.
