I intend to return this unit. Programming was difficult until you got the hang of it. But the real problem for me is that we had 2 alarms in the middle of the night and he was about 20ft from me. I could barely hear the alarm. If my cat hadn't jumped, I would have overslept it. so it doesn't work for me. the vol is at the top. I ordered the diff. model and check for volume and send back.
