Had problems but got free replacement

Update: I contacted the manufacturer via online chat about my unrecognizable cartridges and they immediately sent me new ones with fast delivery. I was impressed with the support I received. My printer must have received a firmware update after replacing the first two cartridges. Original: My Epson WF-2850 recognizes black and magenta cartridges, but not cyan and yellow. That does not work.
