I had a hard time with this. It burned my hair with a strong heat protectant. It was difficult to hold on to and get good angles, and unlike curling irons, any contact with the skin caused severe burns. getting used to. Thanks for the glove, but it's still too hot! I have to keep the tip of my hair close to the shaft, and "even with a glove" it's very hot. My curling iron and straightener do NOT burn my hair, they damage it after a use or two. Don't use it. The loose curl was good but with a "TON” of heat protectant spray but still burned out. I do it on the "same" bottom layer as my curling iron. DO NOT turn it all the way. This will burn your hair. IT WAS AT 330 AND IT STILL BURNED MY HAIR WITH HEAT PROTECTION SPRAY IN SECONDS. Purchase a set of hot rollers. It sucks. Garbage.
