Perfect for 2001 Odyssey! Easy installation. Once the inner door panel was removed it was simply a matter of removing 9 10mm screws holding the power window/motor, rail and glass to remove the old and install the new. The device comes with written instructions but I highly recommend watching youtube videos (there are several) to see how easy it is to remove and replace. The quality of the device looks just as good as the OEM. Time will tell if that's true. I add photos. The block on the left is obviously broken. 4th photo - a door with marked places for mounting screws. The green circles refer to the 2 screws holding the glass. To access this you need to slide the bottom of the glass towards the holes so the screws are visible. This is easy as the glass is not that heavy and everything slides easily.
