Lathers and cleans well, the fragrance in the shower is not as strong as what you perceive when the soap is still in its packaging. The ingredient list mentions 'fragrance' - not sure what source. The gentle exfoliation via pumice is felt almost immediately. Soap doesnt turn into a mush. But the price/exfoliation is still not enough to beat my current fav from Marlowe. This is a close second and will consider to be on rotation depending on price and for a change of routine. Made in the US with world wide sourcing. Mildly more expensive per oz than similar brands I use.
