Computer connected quickly and easily. After several hours of transferring and reloading the software, I was called away from the computer. When I came back I had a blue death screen with a fatal WHEA error. The blue screen only appeared when you left your computer for a short time. Called Revane who couldn't fix the error and told me to call HP. After an hour on the phone with HP, they told me I would wipe the entire computer and need a 16GB flash drive to reinstall Windows. I don't have a 16 gig flash drive for it. It's going to take a long time backing up everything and then wiping the hard drive and reinstalling Windows and then everything else again. Who knows if that would actually solve the problem. I decided to return the computer and have a professional fix the problem. Wasted hours on this computer.'t
