It's finally here! I finally found a product designed for easy installation. Every step of the process is as easy as it gets with excellent written instructions. In addition, the product is pleasing to the eye and economical in price. When looking for a ceiling fan, I wanted a simple, no-frills design. Remote control? No thank you. For my 12 x 12 foot extra bedroom, this fan is perfect for creating a cool breeze. I was concerned that this little fan would be too small at 144 square feet. That's actually quite normal for a room of this size. The bulbs supplied are quite small and are referred to as "Incandescent LED's". I'm not familiar with these types of lamps, but they provide adequate lighting and have a very long estimated lifespan.
