I took it as a gaming replacement for the Apple Magic Mouse. Logitech is almost the same in size, only taller. My hand size: 18 cm from the base of the palm to the tips of the fingers and 8 cm wide at the level of the bones, excluding the thumb. That is a medium sized hand. Fit perfectly. Very convenient to use. The hand does not get tired. The additional buttons are ideally located, as they are conveniently stretched to them and they do not interfere. Wire 2 meters long. Well, the price is not too high. The cheapest of the high-DPI mice.
