As a hesitant buyer looking to upgrade my home and kitchen with essential cutting tools, this blade was an utter disappointment. As a result of my tests I determined that the blade is not sharp enough for cutting meat and is more of a hassle than a helpful tool. The only pro is the sturdy handle, but that is not enough to justify its high price .Save your money and invest in a better-quality cutting tool..
