This is a revised rating, increased from 1 to 5 stars. I initially misinterpreted the instructions and couldn't use them. The seller sent photos which helped. (I couldn't fully seat the bulb in the socket before tightening the nut.) The charging cable is still there. The phone is easy to insert and remove. The position is easily adjustable for rotation and angle. I recommend loosening the nut a bit before adjusting the angle and tightening it after adjusting. If your vehicle drives unsteadily, this can be exacerbated by vibrations in the mount. (No problem for my machine.) I assume this applies to all CD slot holders. Be careful not to overtighten the part that holds it in the slot as this could put pressure on buttons directly above or below. I can buy a second one for our other car.
