That they were very customer centric in every way - both as an organization & product! They also had wonderful salespeople which was helpful because we needed support along multiple areas within our business (marketing automation platform/product). We didn't have any major complaints but some minor ones such are 1) no direct access for marketing team members when working remotely 2)"unfulfilled" expectations due not having full staff available at all times 3)- lackadaisical attitude towards onboard new users 4.)not taking ownership over clients after engagement 5.). The platform is easy to use and has a great customer support team. I like the fact that they offer a free plan for small marketing efforts. They do not provide any analytics for the platform. Their customer support team is very responsive and always willing to help. I recommend using LinkMink for lead generation. We were able to increase our website traffic in just a couple of months. Our lead conversion rate increased as well.
