UPDATE: I have ordered a second set of these fantastic wrist guards for my home office work. I ordered a mouse and keyboard combo set, exactly the same one I ordered in early 2018. I only received the mat with a receipt which seems to certify the completion of the order. and after a few exchanges they said they would ship my keyboard pad on my wrist. What I received today was a damaged envelope with a 'Received in damaged condition' sticker and inside was a cheap memory foam keyboard pad, a cheap mouse pad (neither of which I ordered) and a note stating that what I received ordered is out of stock and IF I want what I ordered I need to contact customer service to set it up. I contacted customer service to say I prefer a refund. I'm really shocked they sent this to me as damaged and already opened/used before sending it to me. The memory foam pad has already been opened from the packaging. I definitely haven't paid more than $20 for a used keyboard to be supported, and I'm sick of doing business with a company that behaves like this. It MIGHT be a nice touch to send me something to use in the meantime while they're ordered, but sending something that was damaged and already opened was utterly disrespectful. I feel like they sent me junk and expect me to be happy! I actually know how good these pads are and it's really disappointing to be treated like this - great product IF you actually get what you paid for. Original 2018 Review: This is the most comfortable wrist brace I have ever used. My colleague had these and they looked like little pillows and she said they helped her carpal tunnel when nothing else did! I totally recommend this set, they are like clouds!
