Review on TOPtoper by Eddie Burgess

I had great expectations for TOPtoper as an avid online shopper. Unfortunately, I have had nothing but negative interactions with this company. My dealings with TOPtoper have been less than stellar, despite the company's assurances that its goods are of the highest quality and that its prices cannot be matched. To begin, they have a smaller range of goods than their rivals. Despite their claims of carrying a large inventory, I was disappointed to find that many of the items I wanted were either unavailable or sold out. What's more, the goods I did get were of poor quality, with some of them breaking after only a few uses. Not only that, but they overstate the competitiveness of their rates. While they claim to have the lowest prices around, I often found that the goods I purchased from them were actually more expensive than those provided by their rivals. I would have saved money if I had purchased elsewhere, but their shipping costs were outrageous. The difficulty in using their UI is another issue. The website's layout is confusing, making it hard to locate specific items. It's hard to tell the quality of the goods from the labels and the lack of high-quality images. Last but not least, their support staff leaves much to be desired. I had an issue with one of the items I ordered, and I didn't get a reply for days. When I finally got a response, the customer service reps were uninformed and uninterested in assisting me. In sum, TOPtoper is not an internet retailer I can confidently endorse. Their goods are of low quality, their prices are high compared to the market, their website is difficult to navigate, and their customer service is unhelpful.
