Review on Friedman LLP by Paul Randall

Been working with the team for over 3 years now and they're doing great. As a small business owner myself, it's difficult to find good accountants who actually care about your success. It's nice to know that they truly understand my goals and how I want to achieve them. If I had any complaints, it would only be because they are understaffed and are dealing with higher volume than expected. I like the fact that they are always available when needed - even if its an hour or two after hours email requests! Also, they've been responsive to issues I have encountered and fixed within minutes of receiving them! Their response time has really improved since I started using them, which was one reason why I decided to switch from another firm (which took weeks!). They're prompt and professional; very helpful and willing to answer questions/troubleshoot problems quickly. And lastly, while there aren't many features yet added into their software, they do seem to update their product often so you may benefit from this too. Overall though, I think Friedman is providing excellent value and will continue recommending them as a vendor for others.
