Works quite well, but. I use it to measure fine powders and when adding powder it only changes the measurement after adding 5-10mg. I think this is accurate within the 1mg promised. To get accurate measurements, I have to tap the weighing platform several times and use whichever number it gives the most. After enough presses it starts to set a value +/- 1 mg. I don't know what is normal but I find that with the 100g weight that comes with it I need to calibrate it about every 2 days. You can do without it. Right now I know 8mg is heavy so I'm just catching up. What I weigh is a reliable standard weight, so I can get away with it. I wouldn't trust him to weigh something new and unknown. At this price point, as I'm the only scale that measures up to 100g in 1mg increments, I can't complain.
