This is my second order. I have been using L-lysine for my skin problems for many years. Nothing compares to it and I have tried MANY medications for skin issues. I have to use higher doses than usual and find them perfect for me. I'm not sensitive to the size of the pills I take, so these capsules don't bother me. Good quality and fast delivery.
