I wear a 10W so I ordered these in an 11. They were easy to slip on and as comfortable as to be expected. I say that because they squeeze your toes together, but that's the way the shoe is made. I don't wear heels often so these will be a date night, mostly seated kind of shoe. I wasn't expecting the patent leather shoe because they don't look that way from the photo, but I'm keeping them cause I like them.
