I've been complaining about bad lighting in the kitchen for 10 years. We bought various fluorescent lights to fit on the stove but found them to have short lifespans and no replacement parts. This 5 piece set is amazing! And with a name like Black & Decker, I'm sure I'll have support when I need it. I was able to easily add lighting fixtures under cabinets, above the range and sink. It's amazing how much more comfortable it is to work in a well-lit kitchen. The location I used for the motion detection device was next to my sink, but that also meant blowing my curtains and turning the lights on and off. No problem - bought another cable and I was able to move the motion detector further under the cupboard where I just waved my hand when I wanted to use the speakerphone. I like that the light can be easily dimmed or brightened. I dim them at night and use them as the only light source in the kitchen after dinner is cooked. During the day, when it's light outside, I can easily turn up the brightness to continue working efficiently. Love love love these lights and just wish I had found them sooner!
