I like that they are very knowledgeable about computer issues, including hardware problems as well as software related issues such as viruses etc. They have also been able to assist me with home network set up which has made our lives easier! There isn't much in terms of dislikes; however you can never be too careful when it comes to cyber security especially online banking. We are currently looking at adding more hard drives to speed up loading time during heavy use periods (i.e. multiple users) but we've had no trouble so far.
