Review on Upgraded Iron Bathroom Organizer: Over The Toilet Storage Shelf with Hanging Hook & Adhesive Base for Space Saving - No Drilling, Wall Mounting Design (Black) by Justin Bishop

The Miyawell storage shelf above the toilet was a bit of a surprise. The basket is black painted metal but the finish feels and looks really nice. Assembly was easy - 6 screws - and they provided an Allen key and small wrench. There are two adhesive feet that the basket snaps into and have stuck well so far. I tested it on a Japanese woman and she's already sticking things in it. I thought the Miyawell Toilet Rack passed the test with flying colors and for $15 I think it's a good value.
