Superer, a business that promises to sell high-quality electronics, laptops, and accessories at reasonable prices, recently let me down. Despite having a wide range of goods, I felt that their quality was lacking and that their customer service fell short. In an effort to upgrade to a better laptop for my job as a graphic designer, I bought one from Superer. The laptop, however, ended up being a disaster. Despite being new, it kept freezing, crashing, and operating slowly. I requested assistance from Superer's customer support, but they were unreachable and unhelpful. Additionally, the charger and adapter that came with the laptop as well as the other accessories were of subpar quality. After a few uses, the charger ceased functioning, and the adapter wasn't compatible with my laptop. I requested a refund or replacement from Superer, but they needlessly delayed and complicated the process. To put it mildly, my overall experience with Superer was underwhelming. They make false claims about providing high-quality electronics and accessories at reasonable rates. I wouldn't advise anyone to use this business, and I suggest that people seek elsewhere for their technological requirements.
