This has been a great headset for several months. Excellent sound quality, moderate battery life, comfort, convenience, etc. The only complaint I had for some time was that the retraction system didn't work that well in very cold weather, but that was a minor complaint, and it always worked fine when the weather was warms above freezing. Then the insulation on the cable on the right earcup came loose and the tiny wires inside started fraying. Shortly thereafter, a short circuit occurred. Disappointed with the durability of this headset as I took very good care of it and it still broke. I think the company that did this should improve the quality of their materials. You could have a good product here if this wasn't the case.
