Review on πŸš— Durable and Effective 6-Layer Waterproof Car Cover for 177-187" Sedans - All Weather Protection with Zipper and UV Block by Josh Koa

100% waterproof - covers

My 2008 Honda Fit Hatchback is losing water and during the Oregon rainy season I regularly get an inch to two inches of water in the trunk spare tire well (was quoted $800 to fix , but my car is only about $1,000). This car cover turned out to be a phenomenal and cheap solution. 5 stars for 100% waterproof. Some cons for picky customers: - some are torn, especially around the yellow reflective strips - I had about a dozen silver ones on the displays, not sure if they are meant to hide any damage - the lock was defective (the button around the combo was held down permanently so it was impossible to change it) but even when locked with a preset combo you can just open the lock far enough to pull the cable out. I recommend using a thicker cable or buying a lock for a travel case (what I made isn't in the photo) - due to my short stature and being do-it-yourself I couldn't attach the case as directed so I actually opened it up started the whole thing and noticed at least three pieces that looked like hard little pieces of pasta. This kind of thing can scratch the paint on a new car, so check the inside of the cover before installing it.

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Long delivery time
