I've had them installed for over a year and am very satisfied. I use them outside to keep an eye on our belongings. The system is easy to install and set up, there's an app for online viewing when you're not home and a motion detector feature that you can activate and which will alert you when motion is detected. Images are sharp and clear, and night vision is excellent. A camera is mounted on a barn wall about 50 meters from the house and has good reception, but sometimes the image freezes for a few seconds before moving again. Which I don't see as an inconvenience as the camera is 50 meters from the house and is on the opposite side of the barn from the house. caused the camera to malfunction. I contacted Smonet customer service to report the issue. Smonet's customer support is excellent. Smonet customer service rep Jamie responded within a day of my initial contact and after I sent her a photo of moisture on the camera's internal lens, she sent me a promo code to replace the camera for me at no cost.
