I just recd my rebounder(5 min ago). When I opened the amazon box, the trampoline box inside had already been opened. I hope this is not a returned item. I can see from the rebounder box that at one time it had straps around it.I will add or remove stars after I open the rest of the way inventory and put it together.UPDATE: All the parts were in the box. My son helped putting the bungees on. 3 of the legs were a little hard to put on. I had to take each one off 3 times and wipe the dust of the threads and put the leg back on. I got it done. It is going to be a workout. I just did one of the beginning you tube videos and worked up a sweat in no time. I am sure my grandkids will also enjoy jumping on this. I only gave 4 stars because of the difficulty with the legs, one of the bungees had some snags on it right out of the bag, and the jumping top was all crumbled up in the box so the flap that covers the bungee cords is turned up in one area. I installed the bar over that area so the grandkids do not trip on it. In the workout I tried, one of the moves was to kick forward and my foot was hitting that turned up part.
