This bottle is way better than any hand bottle I've ever owned. It holds half a liter (17 fl oz), which I think is a reasonable compromise between added weight on the arm and capacity. On the other hand, the strap fits snugly on both the right and left hand (it is best to use the thumb hole). ) and does not irritate the skin. The adjustable strap works well too, allowing you to keep the bottle steady without too much movement, even if it shrinks as you empty it as you drink water. Unless the bottle is completely full, there is a slight sway even with a fairly vigorous hand movement. Drinking from it is also very easy and can easily be done while running. Silicone/plastic attachment to press the sides together, this will probably be the first thing to fail after some use, although I haven't seen much wear after a month of use (a few times a week).
