Attempting to install Yahoo search software - very questionable
When I first connected this to my Mac Book Pro, a pop-up immediately appeared asking me to install my Yahoo search software " To update". I don't have Yahoo search software installed. Also, the dialog itself was clearly not part of my regular system update. This device is clearly trying to inject software and has been compromised. I will return it and never buy from Cable Matters again. Beware!
