Grass-fed whey is recommended for many diets as a good source of protein with properly balanced omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. We're keeping it here because it's a relatively healthy and tasty snack. Two notes: It's unsweetened and inorganic. FWIW, it costs a lot of money to get pasture certified organic, and no farmer I know has sprayed toxins on the grass his or her cows are eating. The product information also indicates that the herb does not contain any pesticides. Unsweetened means you can choose the sweetener that works best for you. I like erythritol. You may prefer stevia or something else.
