I'm changing my rating because they got a software update and it works much better now. I would recommend that. Hello everyone, I had to submit this review. I'm a software engineer and one of my hobbies is mechanical engineering. So it took me 10 minutes to install this product, dinner was easy, and I got the tools. Then it took me 3 hours! To set it halfway in the software. Your software is by far the worst software I have ever used for a company of this size. If they spend 10% of their marketing budget on improving the software, it will be way better than software written by a 10 year old. I'm not kidding, I've seen kids make software so much better than the U-Lock app. Alexa integration - score 0/10 - Alexa recognized the product but locking and unlocking doesn't happen Gio licks - score 10/10 - works like a charm Fingerprint - score 0/10 - Every time I activate the function, I scan my fingers. The user logs out, then the lock goes into connection error state and it keeps beeping, then it opens the door and you CANNOT lock the door again! What a great feature for all robbers. Remote control from anywhere - it never worked. I take the time to write about this review in sufficient detail that it should bode well for you not to purchase this item. This is my weekly recap. And I will find another product that actually has an app and a working lock!
