Review on CaliberRecruit by Adam Nelson

I like that it has all of my profiles listed in one place! It's easy for candidates who have multiple jobs at different companies or are looking nationwide with no real preference as far as city goes.

There is nothing about this software which really stands out but its simplicity & ease-of use so you don't need an IT person around constantly just learning how everything works - great if your business doesn't want/need someone managing tech issues every day!! Recruiting talent across several cities / states without having recruiters physically working together can be difficult when using traditional methods (phone calls) because we're not always able see each other face2face during interviews etc., however our team was never actually disconnected either while still being connected through CRM system via phone call audio recording feature within their product. We needed something simple yet robust.
