Review on 🔍 Enhanced Diagnostic Professional FOXWELL NT301 by Peter Alradwan

When I received this product I was extremely pleased to diagnose a problem I was having with one of my vehicles. I opened it up, read the instructions and found that I needed to connect it to my computer to download updated software, or download the NT Wonder application onto my laptop and initiate updates using this tool. Well the online process didn't work because a serial number was required. When entering the serial number, an error message came up. Then I tried to download the NT Wonder app/tool. In the end it turned out that the executable I downloaded from the Foxwell Technology website and ran it contained a virus. Thank goodness my antivirus detected it and removed it. I then contacted the product owner, Foxwell Technology (a Chinese company). I thought I wouldn't get an answer, but I did. Although what I was told was totally unacceptable. They told me to turn off my antivirus software and let it load because it should be making changes to my registry. I told them that this really defeats the purpose of an antivirus software. I also told them that from a customer service perspective, the best way would be to remove the virus from their executable and upload a clean version to their website. Apparently I never heard from them again. So I have returned the product and recommend Revain to stop selling Foxwell Technology products until they do the right thing and eliminate the virus they are sending to innocent people.
